Children must be checked in by their parents or guardians. Your child may be chcked in at one of two registration desks. You and your child will each receive a corresponding, numbered security tag with your child's name. You must present your portion of the tag when picking up your child.

A Family Registration Form should be filled out for each child visiting Creation Station or Base Camp. If your family will be attending regularly, we encourage you to enroll your child into a consistent small group (ages 2 years to 6th grade) by checking the "Wish to Enroll" box and which service your family will be attending. If you are visiting or not ready to enroll yet, your child will be placed in an On-deck small group.

We provide different options for children with special needs during 2nd service. Please speak with the Welcome Team Staff to determine the environment best suited to your child.

Please label your child's belongings. We discourage parents from allowing their children to bring their own toys into the class with them, as it is easy for them to be misplaced or forgotten. If your child is potty trained, we encourage you to take your child to the bathroom prior to dropping him/her off at class.

If your child has any food allergies or other health concerns we need to be aware of please fill out the appropriate section on the Family Registration Form. Please also mention them to the Welcome Team staff at the time of registration. Doing so will inform our staff and identiy your child with a special marking on his/her name tag

All of our volunteers are carefully trained and screened to ensure the safest environment possible.

Steps for 1st Service Families

  1. Check children in at either registration desk and walk them to their classrooms.
  2. Go to adult service.
  3. Pick up your children from Creation Station immediately following service.
  4. Attend Family Summit with your children. Elementary age kids will meet you at Family Summit. They can sit up front near the stage or with you. Children 4 & under are welcome to sit with you.
  5. Have a great afternoon!

Steps for 2nd Service Familes

  1. Check children in at either registration desk.
  2. Attend Family Summit with your children. Elementary age kids can sit up front near the stage or with you. Children 4 & under are welcome to sit with you.
  3. Take children 4 & under to Creation Station classrooms.
  4. Go to adult service.
  5. Pick up your children immediately following service.
  6. Have a great afternoon!
