Erika Beal brings a diverse and varied background to ministry! She has experience in the finance and insurance industries, as well as the non-profit sector. She’s an entrepreneur and a veteran stay-at-home mom. Erika has also served in youth ministry alongside her husband, Lawrence. As our Osborn Strategic Partnership Director, Erika is responsible for spearheading Rockpointe’s initiatives in Detroit's Osborn community, where our goal is to see the spiritual and physical transformation of lives as individuals gain faith, hope, and stability. Erika loves to read anything she can get her hands on, and also dabbles in video production. She and her husband Lawrence have three children and two grandchildren.
